Associate attorney will work with managing partner and have their own case load. Responsibilities include second chairing trials, court appearances, drafting, filing and arguing motions, discovery, drafting pleadings, client interview/intake, and overall case management. 

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to represent people who have had their civil rights violated, have been injured, are accused of crimes, wants trial and litigation experience, and is independent.

Associate attorney will work out of the Montebello office. 

Pay is dependent on experience.
