Los Angeles, CA - Timothy Crawford, 24, Killed in Multi-Vehicle Crash on 110 Freeway

Los Angeles, CA (September 5, 2026) - The California Highway Patrol has released the name of the man killed in a four-vehicle crash on the southbound 110 Freeway early Saturday morning. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner identified him as 24-year-old Timothy Crawford.

The crash happened around 1:30 a.m. near West 51st Street, according to CHP. Investigators say a Lexus ES350 was traveling at a high rate of speed when it struck a Chevrolet Camaro, then collided with a Toyota Corolla Crossover and a Toyota Corolla. The Lexus overturned after the collision.

Crawford was pronounced dead at the scene. CHP has not released information about injuries to the occupants of the other three vehicles, and no arrests have been reported.
